All OFFLIMITS™ products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or high order volumes, fulfillment may take longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location, the fulfillment location, and the shipping method available at checkout. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
