We want you to be happy with your OFFLIMITS™ order.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at yprincetimz@gmail.com within the applicable 14-day period.

You can also submit an eligible return or cancellation request through the “Returns & Cancellations” link in our store footer.

Items should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible. You may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Because our products are produced on demand, please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at yprincetimz@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue. Valid claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted products should be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Please check the product description and size information carefully before ordering.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or other consumer rights that apply to you under German or EU law.

Personalized Products

Where a product is made according to your individual specifications or is clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where permitted by law. This exception does not apply merely because a standard product is produced after an order is placed.

Refunds

Return shipping
For eligible EU withdrawal returns, OFFLIMITS™ will cover the standard return shipping cost. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Return address
Please do not send returns without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.

Refund timing
If you validly exercise your EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost where required by law, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
